The New Forest area offers many beautiful camping sites for motorhomes and beautiful scenery, heath and woodland, as well as a number of local attractions, such as the National Motor Museum, Paultons Park and New Forest Wildlife Park. It’s a great place for families and couples to holiday together in a motorhome. The lovely thing about a motorhome is that you can go wherever you want. Slightly further up the coast we have the beautiful Jurassic Coast, Newquay, Cornwall, Devon – some real hidden gems!

A luxury motorhome in
the New Forest
Your motorhome will be fully insured with latest dash cam technology for your protection and breakdown cover. The motorhome also comes with a satnav and accommodates up to 6 people. The Elddis 196 is also under 3.5 tons, enabling anyone with a full UK manual driving licence to drive it.
We provide an area for you to leave your own vehicle whilst you are exploring in your motorhome. We also provide a local drop off service to your home or campsite – call or email us for more details. We can also set your motorhome up when we drop off to your campsite.
When you collect your motorhome, you will be instructed about all the features and equipment on board, and shown around the motorhome by our friendly staff at New Forest Motorhome Hire.
The motorhome is fully equipped and comes with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, gas bottles, a vacuum cleaner, and cleaning products. Chemical toilets are all included, as well as a barbeque, and camping chairs under a sun awning – bedding and towels can be provided for an additional charge.
Pets are welcome – they are family after all.
All our motorhomes are pet friendly. Please let us know at the time of booking if you will be bringing pets along with you for your adventures.
The Elddis Majestic 196, part of the Erwin Hymer Group, has everything you need to begin your adventure.
It’s ideal for a family of 4-6 to tour the New Forest, or anywhere in the UK.
It features:
- Electric drop-down bed
- A well-sized kitchen and dinette area (which converts to a double bed)
- Shower room
- A large rear-lounge, (which makes up into a huge double bed)
